On the first day of Christmas of my Fat Loss …

Get ready to lose fat with minimal effort with these easy swaps that will make a big impact. Don’t underestimate how these small swaps can make such a huge difference. Each swap is removing a negative hormone fat storing ‘thing’ and replacing it with a positive hormone fat burning ‘thing’. I say ‘thing’ because it’s not always going to be food!

Each swap will switch from fat storing to fat burning.
We are going to be turning on our bodies fat burning signals which will speed up our metabolism… the only way to lose weight and keep it off!

I realize that you may need to start each day the following day but that doesn’t make a difference… it’s still 12 days!

How Will This Help Me Burn Fat?

Removal because:

  • Sugar creates a high level of insulin in our blood and when there’s too much insulin on our blood our bodies store fat… but more importantly won’t use our current fat as energy so we can burn it off.
  • Artificial sweeteners are NASTY!  Each one is different but they mess with so many different hormones in a negative way that makes the body store fat and they have been linked to horrible illnesses
  • Fructose and High Fructose Corn Syrup that are in nearly everything processed that we eat and drink turns directly into fat and don’t trigger our full signals so we always overeat!
  • Sugar sends our insulin levels on a roller coaster and when our blood sugar crashes after a big sugar hit the unbeatable hunger hormone Ghrelin is triggered… and you just want more food… NOW!

Inclusion because:

  • A clean liver means a fast metabolism. The liver processes EVERYTHING we put in our bodies and if it’s sluggish, then so is our metabolism. We want to clean and detox the liver and water and lemon is a perfect way.
  • Lemon is high in vitamin c which helps control the belly fat storing hormone Cortisol
  • All of our body needs water… it helps eliminates toxins and flushes out our system… which means our organs and hormones can work at their optimal levels. It also leaves us with glowing, hydrated skin. There’s no point putting all of these expensive face creams on if you’re dry from the inside out.

How much lemon? It’s really personal taste. I have 1/2 lemon with 500 ml water, but I love lemons and sour things in general!
