1 Coffee / Tea ….WITH….2 x Green Tea
How Will This Help Me Burn Fat?
- Like alcohol caffeine is a metabolism destroyer in large doses.
- Too much caffeine overstimulates our adrenal glands which produce more Cortisol… hello belly fat!
- Caffeine also raises another fat storing hormone Estrogen
- A SMALL amount of caffeine can boost the metabolism and green tea has enough to do this without overstimulating the adrenal glands
- Green tea has been found to lower the Estrogen type ‘Estrone’ which is a fat storer
- A study found that drinking 3 glasses daily reduced body weight and waist measurement by 5% in 3 months

But It’s Horrible!
- Yes it is an acquired taste but it is SO good for you it’s work learning to like it
- To stop it getting too bitter… steep it for a few minutes and then take the tea bag out
- You can get flavored green tea bags… just make sure it doesn’t have any artificial ingredients or high in sugar
- Add a squeeze of lemon
- Don’t add sugar or honey
